One of my local Catholic homeschooling friends, who has five children (one a baby), is currently bedridden with severe vertigo. Please pray for her; she was so sick with this that they thought it was a stomach virus. She is still very weak and, of course, is still nursing her youngest - always a hard thing to do when you can't eat. I know she'll appreciate your prayers.

I will definitely be praying for her, Nancy. I suffer with vertigo, too, and there's nothing they will give you when you're nursing. It was so bad that it is one of the reasons I didn't complain when my dd15mos sort of weaned herself a few months ago. Being bedridden is a catch-22, too, because I know, for me at least, it's the worst when I close my eyes. Your friend will be in my prayers.

Oh, I know how miserable vertigo can be. I have thankfully not had a bout in a year or so, but I can tell you it is not fun. I will add your friend to my prayers.
