Good morning, ladies. May I ask for your prayers today? My PA is flaring right now - it started just before Christmas. I was hoping it would go away all by itself, but it's hanging on. It causes fatique, pain, and limited mobility. This is very inconvenient, as you might imagine.

I'm certain that it has to do with over-indulgence in Christmastide treats and that after a cleanse, I'll feel much better. In the meantime, I could use some prayer support as I tend to be a wee bit impatient - with myself and with life in general - when I'm flaring.

I know you know what I'm talking about, Patty. Mine tends to be worse in the winter. I haven't quite pinned down why that is except that those sweet treats really raise my acidity, and thus trigger inflammation.

My cycles have been very, very bad the last few months and I suspect I'm a bit anemic, which can't be helping matters, either.

I appreciate the prayers. There's NO better medicine!

I tend to feel worse in the summer -- humidity, I think.

Have you ever heard of autoimmune disorders being cured by not eliminating gluten from your diet? I have friends strongly suggesting this to me and the very idea makes me tired.
