Edited to add: My doctor's office couldn't get me in before 8:00 pm, so I won't have an update until very late tonight. But thank you for the prayers. They are a tremendous comfort to me.

Update: The doctor wasn't concerned at all. She says it is a clogged milk duct. She wants me to spend the weekend trying to massage it out. If it's still there on Monday she's going to refer me to a surgeon to have it drained. Thank you so much for your prayers. They mean so much to me!
