......maybe I should have asked for help with this 4 weeks ago when it went missing.

We are missing an interlibrary loan on Mesopotamia

I REALLY need to find that book...........I have never lost a library book before.........for more than a few days. I cannot find it anywhere........Willa? It did not end up going home with you, did it?

Please beg Saint Anthonly to help me FIND THAT BOOK!

Have you looked on the library's shelves? Our library is always forgetting to check the books in before they reshelve them.

By the way, I love that new Redding library, the upper floor with all those windows overlooking Mt Shasta with the flower garden planted on the roof is such a peaceful place to browse through a book or two but the used bookstore in the backroom is very tempting too, I'm afraid!

Jennifer..........I had already tried that......but, with your advice........I went in.........and told them I needed them to try again.    I almost never have the book when it is missing..........usually they do.

I have not seen the Redding library.......oh, wait.........I remember driving by and thinking: wow, what a beuatiful building........what is that.....oh, a library! I just drove past it last week and did not even notice.

So, you were in MY neighborhood, Jennifer???...........and you did not even call me!

I know this is could sound kind of weird..........but, please remember, I am a bibliophile........(or book addict, you choose) ........but, the kids and I are often found exploring libraries in other towns/cities..........sometimes even found, fondling the books. We are just imagining the possibilities.

We LOVE the Humboldt County Library in Eureka, CA........we were just there exploring last month.

Okay........so, still looking for that book!

praying for you. did you contact the library the book is from or the one you checked it out of? it may have gone back and not been recorded. you may be able to check through the internet. we love libraries too but hate losing books, etc.
