Please pray for my friend, Johnny, who has discovered he has a very rare and aggressive form of melanoma. Please keep him, his wife, Nancy, and their two children in your prayers.

Thank you all. Just an update from my friend (that might or might not be good)but he actually has something called a myxoidlipocarcoma---a cancer that attacks the fatty tissue. The good news is there IS a survival rate, not huge, but there. However, the treatment will be extreme and rigorous, with an uncertain outcome. Please continue to lift Johnny up in your prayers.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. I know this has been a huge help to Johnny and his family. Today, finally, we got some encouraging news, praise God. After surgury, the doctors determined that Johnny's cancer, while still a "bad" one, is low-level and localized. There is no indication of any metastatic activity. This is very good news after a week of very bad news. Thank you again for your on-going prayers!
