Hi Everyone,

Well, our little Katherine did end up catching the virus that the rest of the family has, and she ran a fever last night which meant an ER trip. She had a full panel of blood/urine work at the ER as well as a chest x-ray, and the Dr. felt that she has the same Upper Respiratory virus that the rest of the family seems to have. She is still not out of the woods, however, given her age (just 5 weeks), so your prayers for her would be so much appreciated. She has a lot of head congestion/ post nasal drainage, and I am hoping and praying that her fever stays at bay and that she will not need to make a return trip to the hospital. She will be going in later this morning for the pediatrician on call to take a look at her, and I will keep you all updated.
