Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

My sister-in-law and aunt will both be giving birth in the next few weeks--it's an exciting time in our family! Could you please keep Mia and Alison in your prayers? It's my SIL's first, and she's quite nervous, and my aunt is scheduled for a repeat c-section.

Thank you so much!

Thank you, Kelly, Nicole, Angie--I appreciate the prayers! My aunt and uncle had their little girl over the weekend, so one down, one to go.

We do have concerns that these babies may not be baptized; both families are away from the church, unfortunately. Please pray that these births might draw my family members back into the fold.

Praying for the new little one and the one still on the way, and for their families, Celeste.

2nd Update:

My brother- and sister-in-law are now home with their little boy too, after a difficult labor and a bit of a hospital stay.

Please keep these two babies in your prayers. They are both doing very well, but I am mourning the fact that they are not to be baptized. I am praying that these precious little ones will inspire their parents to return to the Church.
