Please pray for friends of ours whose 9yo son fell into the Kansas River boating two days ago and is yet to be found. . .
I cannot even imagine
UPDATE-
We found out more. Evidently they were not boating but walking along the shore celebrating the Assuption and their Dad's b-day when the bank gave away and 8 children and the dad fell in(not sure if there was another dad). The oldest son (17) tried to swim with a younger boy (friend) and his 9yo brother. When this became impossible he had to let his brother go to save the little one with the intention of coming back to him. He was swept away in the current. . . Now we need to include that 17yo older brother in prayer who is devastated.
