Hello, I am asking for prayers this morning for a family who has lost their son in Iraq. Most of my husband's Nat'l Guard unit was deployed less than a month ago to Iraq. My husband got a call last night that his buddy was found dead. He's extremely upset. I could just tell when he was on the phone that someone had passed away...just the look on my husband's face, so sad. This is a soldier that was in Dave's squad when they were deployed for a year and a half. He spent every single day w/him for over a year, he was his boss, his buddy...and now he's gone. Now, Dave has to get some fellow soldiers together to help his family plan his funeral.
Anyway, please pray for this soldier's family. I can't even imagine getting that phone call and being his mother. He was only 22 years old.
