I only have a moment.......but I wanted to ask for prayers...........as I am about to take Anne for an MRI this am
my dh just used up my 5 min of writing.......more later!!

Thank you, Ladies, for your prayers! You are always so generous!
I apologize for not updating sooner..............it has been bothering me for weeks........but we have not been home much.....and when I am ..............I am just not at the computer as much as usual........and then I was always remembering as I turned OFF the computer......that I had forgot, yet again!
I could "hear" Gwen's voice begging for an update
and all of a sudden this week, I realized how uncharitable it was to not send an update sooner......I am sorry, so sorry.
anyway.............bottom line......she feels awful..........aches all over...........cannot use her hands without lots of pain..........it hurts to walk......etc.....and you would not know it to look at her..........she remains cheerful the majority of the time.........but it is obviously taking a toll on her.
we go camping next week with our CCM west Coast friends..........and she is dreading it 
lucky for her, her friend Betsy, just hurt her ankle and will be spending the camping trip on crutches
Betsy is Robynn in Lancaster's dd..........and she needs prayers, too, for her ankle......this is her third ankle injury in less than 10 mos  she will need an MRI when she returns home
anyway............I guess we will not find out about the MRI results for Anne til Monday..........and I am supposing NO news yet is good news.......but, I feel like this is where we will make a decision........either she has something bad, like a lesion or tumor or????.......or they find nothing obvious.
please pray for the latter..........and for our courage if the former....
you are all wonderful..........please forgive my neglect.........just laziness.

Here is the Memorare --prayers for strength and comfort for Anne(and Betsy), and for healing if it is God's Will:
Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to you, O virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
Here is the official prayer for intercession to Pope John Paul II -- we believe his intercession was powerful in allowing Clare's confirmation this spring and it was Chari and Robynn who helped it to happen! So asking his intercession for their daughters....
Prayer to John Paul II for intercession:
O Blessed Trinity, we thank you for having graced the church with Pope John Paul II and for allowing the tenderness of your fatherly care, the glory of the cross of Christ, and the splendor of the Holy Spirit, to shine through him. Trusting fully in your infinite mercy and in the maternal intercession of Mary, he has given us a living image of Jesus the Good Shepherd, and has shown us that holiness is the necessary measure of ordinary Christian life and is the way of achieving eternal communion with you. Grant us, by his intercession, and according to your will, the graces we implore, hoping that he will soon be numbered among your saints. Amen.

Oh, Chari! We will continue praying for Anne (and for Betsy). I shall offer Mass for her this morning, and hope that the MRI gives you some answers but that nothing serious and terrible is wrong.

Thank you everyone, especially my dear and thoughtful friend, Willa!
I had a wonderful conversation today with our family doctor (please pray for the conversion of his family!!)
and the good new is...........the MRI showed everything in the cervical spine is normal....no lesions, tumors, cancers, "spots.........nothing abnormal
And, I am VERY happy about that!!
but, the bad news is.............she still feels terrible.
Please pray that we can figure out where to go next with this. And, Robynn is greatful for your prayers, too!
also...........I awakened to not feeling well today.............and have not felt good all day......and we go camping with our CCM friends on WED and a bunch are coming tomorrow......please pray I wake up feeling well! oh, and that I do not get a toothache.........I feel one coming on,........
yes, I am greedy, as long as I have your attention

Chari,
I've been dealing with those toothaches for some time now. They're such a PAIN ! Don't forget to pray to St. Appalonia. Tomorrow I'll have one permanent crown set in(hopefully)! We'll add the whole CCM camping gang to our Rosary prayers and especially pray for your family to receive all the rest and relaxation you all need.

I'll be offering up some things for Anne, and prayers. Have they ruled out Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lyme Disease, lupus? I'm just throwing out things...I'm no doctor! It just sounds awful for a young girl to be going through!
