I'm having another severe migrane. I'm feeling overwhelmed with housework, school, and I feel my depression creeping in. I can't seem to focus on much lately. Things have been going well here, but I guess not sleeping well at night is catching up with me. We've had sick kids in our bed since Sunday.

I'm offering up this migrane for everyone's intentions. God bless you all.

What you need is a nice beach chair, a cold drink with an umbrella and just relax......
