UPDATE: It's a boy!
After many hours labor the Dr. decided to do a C-section, because of the size of the baby. There was a concern about doing a C-section because of her fibroid tumours - all went well! Both mom and baby are doing great. He weighed in at 9lbs. 8oz.!
Thank you all for your prayers!


My sister, 40 years old, is being induced today (6pm west coast time) after a very difficult pregnancy. She has breathing problems and clotting issues. On top of the physical problems, she is also a single mother. She has support from our family, but is really alone otherwise with a great task ahead of her.
I guess I am a bit worried about her...I am the big sister!
Please pray for a beautiful, healthy birth and for her heart to be opened to the beauty of the Church, which could be her strength.
