I am begging for prayers, I just returned from the emergency room. I have been in pain for 2 days, and after the limit of Motrin one is allowed in a 24 hr. period, I was still in severe pain. So tomorrow I'm off for at least 1 maybe 2 root canals.
Please pray, I would take labor over the dentist anyday!! I know some of you can identify with this. But the pain can no longer be ignored! I am terrified of going tomorrow!
Who is the patron saint of denist? Some lent I am having this year, anyone else relate?
If this is rough, remember I just had a shot of something strong

Molly, as someone who has logged way too many hours in the dentists chair, I'll be praying for you!
I agree, I would take labor over dental pain any day! Besides, you get such a wonderful gift at the end of labor.
Praying that you will soon get relief!

Oh I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this. Yes, I was in the dental chair last Lent and should be there now, since I still don't have my cap yet. We will add your suffering to our Rosary tonight and an extra plea to St. Joseph.

I just came back from the dentist, the infection is to bad to do the total root canal, so she opened it up and started me on strong antibiotics.
The amazing thing is I have no dental insurance, so this doctor is treating me for free!! She worked on me during her lunch break, and found me another dentist who can finish up my mouth next week. (she will be on vacation) I am in utter shock at how unbelievably charitable this lady is! This is a miracle as far as I am concerned, because I have 2 teeth that need to be pulled and have dental implants, and they are doing all this pro bono! Our Lady is truly blessing me, please join me in a Memorare for these kind and charitable people! As of right now I am pain free!
