Seems like several of us have houses we are trying to sell. My dh has taken a job in another state, and we would so love to be all together again. The housing market here right now is very slow. We've had very few people come to look, so it's been discouraging, and at times I feel like we are going to be trapped here forever.

We just went through this for 8 months and finally sold our house in Nov. after taking a huge loss and paying tons at closing!!
