We heard on the news this evening that certain jars of Peter Pan Peanut Butter are being recalled.
Jars with the code 2111 on the lid.
We have the jar being recalled & my kids have been eating the pb on celery.

We have a 6 lb. can someone gave us with 2111 on it. We've eaten half! UGH!!!

Also, it's not just Peter Pan brand, but Great Value as well (which is Wal-Mart's house brand). But only those with the 2111 code.

Thanks for the alert. Hadn't heard about it and my children eat peanut butter like some kids eat dessert.
I have two jars of Jif in the pantry but my dh has a jar of GV he keeps at work. I'll have to give him a call...
