I woke up late this morning, which already had me feeling off. I had a little bit of time to myself and was feeling overwhelmed by my lack of planning here on Wednesday for Candlemas on Friday. I was seriously considering scrapping most of my plans when no less than 4 turtle doves suddenly perched themselves on my deck. Okay, I know not white doves, but seriously it was right as I was wondering if I should bother really getting into the heart of the feast with the kids or just skim the surface. And I think it was a gentle nudge from Our Lady to make the effort to get to the First Friday mass in the morning. And now I'm feeling totally refreshed and energized. On to planning!
