I am hoping someone can help.

I jumped out of bed in the middle of the night because my 5 yr old knocked over a glass of water. In the process, I pinched a nerve in my neck. This is the worst I have ever had! I really can't move, without extreme pain in my neck and radiating down both arms and my back.

I was already very tense, which is probably why it is so bad.

So far, I have taken Ibuprofen and applied heat. Court is at work, and the kids are on their second viewing of Singing in the Rain!

Is there something else I can do at home? Or do I need to see a chiropractor for relief?

Do you have any arnica cream...or Traumeel
...I used the later recently on similar pain and it helped.

at any rate, take the arnica orally.......it cannot hurt and may help
