This morning about 9, I got a call from L&D asking why I hadn't shown up for my scheduled c-section. 
Ummm, maybe because no one told me about it. 
The nurse told me they are waiting, but since I already ate to come in this afternoon.
HUH?! Slow down a bit. It's too early for a singleton to be born...what about her lung development?! (13 days before her edd) DH had to call out there & the doctor called me back.
Looks like baby girl will be here next Thursday, Dec 28!
I guess I better pack my bag.

What a great date for the baby to be born! Hooray. Who is messing up the schedule? Make sure dh is there and asking questions with the doctor so that nothing else messes up (didn't the nurse ask about tube tying?). I'd be afraid that some other organ was missing instead of a baby!

Not too much longer!! I envy you, though. My c-section is scheduled for Jan 5th and it feels like an eternity.

It makes you wonder!
Thankfully, I'm meeting this afternoon with the doctor who will be performing the c-section. She was looking over my records while we were on the phone yesterday & mentioned an attached note.... NO TUBAL LIGATION.
