I didn't know if I should post my pregnancy. But since this is the anniversary of my miscarriage last year, I thouhgt I should share this wonderful news! You all supported me, though my sisters postings, during our difficult time last year. Thank you!
Short story: What a strange feeling it was for me last week at Mass, when I watched a family light the first Advent candle. Our family lit it last year while I was pregnant. I completly broke down in the pew. My husband didn't know what was going on. I just looked at him and said, "I'm thinking of our baby in heaven." Now, this past Sunday, we lit the second Advent candle. My husband was holding our 2yo son, lighting the candles while I stood there holding my 5yo daughters hand and providing the congragation a profile of our littlest miricle! I thought I would break down again, but I was so at peace that I just felt GOOD!

Congratulations! Thanks for sharing your memory. This week I was watching my 3 oldest dc playing together and I had a thought that our little one in Heaven would have enjoyed playing with them too. I think it was the first time I ever had a thought like that. Remembering now gives me feelings that are more of gratitude than sadness.
