Dear Ladies,
I feel very humble asking for a prayer for myself. Last Monday, I went to the ER, for what I can only describe as 'not feeling right/unsettled.' Because I have such a strong family history for cardiac disease, I was concerned. After labs and ekg with echo, they said I was ok. But, to call my dr. if it occurs again.
Yesterday, it happened again. And again today, to a minor degree. Almost a sinking sensation. Of course, I can't call my dr. until tomorrow, and I am concerned what this is. It has to be something, and I am worried what it may be.

Stacy, I hope you don't mind my asking, what kind of sensations are you feeling? We have a history of cardiac disease in the family too so I feel apprehensive when I feel like I'm having "symptoms". The most recent happened the last couple of weeks -- chest pains (or at least that's what I thought at the time), dizziness, headache, etc. -- I saw our doctor (an integrative one), and it turns out it was just stress and a sore muscle. She had me come in for a session with the massage therapist (they called it myofascial release) and I feel 100% better.
