Dear Elizabeth, Lissa, Meredith, Mary and Dawn,

I am new to 4 Real forum and I have learned so much from you all already. I have really enjoyed reding everyone's Thankful Thursdays. It helps me put things in perspective. Next week I'll have the kids do it.

I was wondering if it would be ok for me to do the same sort of thing like Thankful Thursdays, but I could host a "Meatless Fridays" and I would post the the links to everyone's blog with the names of the recipes beside it. We don't eat meat on Fridays, and it gets tiring making the same thing over again.

I like this idea a lot too. We used to be Eastern Orthodox and Wednesdays and Fridays were days of abstinence from meat, dairy, wine and oil. Needless to say, I have quite a few recipes and cookbooks.

I'd love this also! I've always intended to post more recipes on my blog, but I never seem to get to it. Meatless recipes are especially in demand in our house.
