I am editing this big time. I just read my first post and realized how uncharitable it sounded. So sorry to anyone that read it. What I should have said was that I am looking for a healthy / natural remedy to an ongoing health problem that I have. I have nothing against doctors or anyone in the medical profession. My mom and my best friend are both nurses! It's just that I really hate the idea of taking medicine on a regular basis...forever. I would much rather do something natural to take care of this problem. My trouble is, I don't know where to go for this type of information. There is so much on line! How do I know who to trust? Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I've pm'd a few people with information about this.

I've been using the PLUS product for endocrine system support and the ambrotose powder and Catalyst multi-vitamin. I have been sleeping better, I've lost weight without diet modification and I have more energy.

My friend Tim's dad took ambrotose powder (with some other products). He had been given 3-6 months to live as he had cancer. This was almost 2 years ago and today he is CANCER-FREE.

I just mention this as possiblity. I know not everyone will have the same results but from everyone I know who is using them, there have been nothing but positives.

Thank you Maria. This is the sort of think I was looking for. I'm really struggling with the whole feeling of being generally unhealthy. I need to make some changes, I just am not sure in which direction. I will look over this site. Have you ever heard of Shaklee? A friend suggested I look there too.

I use Nature's Sunshine. I saw a nutritionist (and she has some other training beside) that used some of the products and food to help natural healing. See if your shop that sells Nature's Sunshine has anything like that.
