It's not life-threatening, but the dog bit Don in the face this morning. He is in the ER now. The right half of his lip may have to be reconstructed .

And then, I am not sure what we are going to do with the dog...

Prayers answered...it's not as bad as it looked. He has stitches, and is a bit cranky , but it will heal easily.

He was fooling with the dog, and the dog nipped, and Don pulled away (there's a strong nipping instinct in stock dogs). I don't like a nippy dog, but he has never bitten the kids and is quite tolerant, normally. We'll see.
