Just an FYI for those who haven't seen it yet--www.mccormick.com(the spice company)has some really good looking crock pot recipes. Search for crock pot recipes and you'll see a whole bunch--healthy, too!

Oh thanks for posting! I love my crock pot. :-D This month's Good Housekeeping magazine has some also, the chicken noodle soup is delicious - I made it last week.
