Please pray for my oldest son, Zach. He has had back pain off and on for about a year or so and each time we were able to explain what may have caused it. This last bout with back pain though is severe and we took him to the chiropractor. At this point, the doctor says it looks like he has scoliosis and is taking the night to study Zach's x-rays. I'm baffled and will be spending the evening reading what I can so I'll be a little better informed when we go back tomorrow.

He is being strong and the doctor was amazed at his threshold of pain after looking over the x-rays. Please pray for him. I feel a little selfish asking for prayers for myself, but Zach is the man around here as my dh is gone from 6am-10pm M-F, so I depend on Zach for chores and all other "manly" duties.

I have slight scoliosis - not severe - and it causes trouble for me too. I also have a nice cyst on my lower left side ofmy back. I can sort of relate and so I will make sure to pray for him. Back pain can and is debilitating.

Praying! I know how he feels.    I injured my back as a child and sometimes I get severe spasms to the point where I cannot move.

I hope the chiropracter can help.

Thank you all for your prayers. It is so appreciated. He was adjusted by the chiropracter and is doing better today. The scoliosis is slight and does not seem to be the cause of the pain. The dr suspects it was an injury from the past that did not heal correctly. He will watch Zach over the next 2 weeks to see how he does and then give us a plan for managing his scoliosis.

I am really grateful for your prayers.
