I wasn't sure if this was history or science!

Dh was doing some channel surfing and came across a neat show on the Science Channel scheduled for Saturday night: Europe in the Middle Ages:

"The Dark Ages were a brilliant and dynamic time that paved the way for many achievements of our modern-day world. We'll look at the science behind some the most famous weapons and inventions including the lance, mechanical clock and globe."

Just thought I'd mention it as it seems many of us are fans of the middle ages. Our Tivo is set up for it!
