I wrote a little update below. :)
I know my needs are not as pressing as others, but I think a few prayers by you good ladies might help get us through a few tough things.
We have struggled since Grace entered the Carmel in January. I want to write about it and started a blog even. Jen, I used Word Press. :) I just can't seem to hit go on it. But that's not a big deal.
We get to go for our first visit much sooner than we thought and will be traveling again this week. We all sat down tonight and finally watched the videos and looked at the pictures from her entrance. It was so very hard. I think I had anxiety about the trip and having to relive all of the difficult emotions and having to say good-bye again. I think reliving it tonight in our living room will help the visit not to be so hard. I think. So prayers again for safe travel and for the visit in general. I can't wait to see her! But there is so much emotion, I'm not even really sure which emotions...
Also, please pray for my local homeschool group. We're going through some transitions and needing to deal with things that needed to be dealt with long ago.

Erika, my heart goes out to you. Is she in Elysburg? Our Sr Teresa of the Holy Face of Jesus (not to be abbreviated as I learned) is there. I'm trying to remember if she mentioned a Grace in her letters. Email me cathmomofsix@gmail.com

Thank you for all of the prayers! The trip to see Grace went very well! There were plenty of tears, but also so much joy and lots and lots of talking. Being there made it feel more real, like this is really happening. We'll be able to go back one more time this year and, if all goes well, it will be for her clothing.

I posted pictures from our trip on Instagram. I made myself private because I posted one very small and dark picture of Sr. Grace. I will probably take that down because we are not supposed to post pictures of the sisters to social media, so if you wanted to take a quick peak, my account is:

Some of my family members were telling us to 'give Grace a hug' and things like that. I think the picture of her and the rest of my kids at the grille shows the reality of the cloister well. :)
Also, I think I found the solution to some issues in our local hs group. :)
