Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I have two average students going into third grade. I was looking at the Seton Mathematics 3 for Young Students. I'm looking for information about this book. I was leaning towards Saxon 3 but wonder about this being an alternative option. Opinions please.

I found that IMO Seton Mathematics 3 for Young Students was less well done than Saxon as far as explaining new concepts. I like the beauty of their artwork in Seton's math books, but I did not like their teaching style. I prefer Saxon, or even MCP in the younger years.
