I have to share how much I am loving my new set of silicone baking cups!
They are like muffin papers on steroids ... use them, reuse, throw them in the dishwasher, freeze them... they don't care! They just keep going.

Here is the set I got for Mother's Day... the prices go up and down, and you can snag a set of 6 for about $6 with free Prime shipping. I got two sets for 24 total, and I love the bright colors.

The first few times I used them I had to "season" them with oil, but now I can just line my muffin tins and go. They are a money saver- much cheaper than buying paper liners at the rate we use them, and a time saver for me- I am not greasing muffin tins and then washing them (I still do wash them, but it is a snap when using the liners).

The best part is that I can make muffins in them, but I can also make meat/egg/veggie concoctions in them as well.

Right now my kids are loving this recipe:
Line a muffin cup with a slice of deli meat (squish it in to fit)
Crack an egg into the cup
Sprinkle in some shredded cheese/veggies/whatever
Bake at 400 until the egg is set (about 20 minutes for my oven)
