Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Do you recycle these or is there a place that could take them and pass them on even though the reading dates have passed? I just hate throwing these away (well, even recycling) when I know there are places where people could possibly use these. ???

Sometimes I take my old Magnificats and leave them with magazines at doctors offices.

Otherwise, I never know what to do with them! In fact, I have four old Magnificats on the shelf behind my computer right now.

Our church has a table where you can leave old religious magazines for people to take. Maybe you could start one in your church? Our public library has something similar, but for all kinds of magazines. You just leave what you don't want and take what you want.

Our church has a basket for old Magnificats. The deacon takes them to the prison when he's doing ministry there. You might see if the closest prison ministry to you would like them. They are usually in need of that type of thing.
