We were unable to hear the baby's heartbeat yesterday with the doppler. The dr did an ultrasound and there was no heartbeat or movement. The baby measured 14w1d and I was 14w4d. I went to the hospital this morning to be induced. Our sweet baby was born around 8pm. He was perfect and we could tell he was a boy. We named him Paul after DH's deceased grandfather.
We are heartbroken and so devastated. Just when we were getting excited and attached, thinking we might actually get to carry this baby to term. The kids are so sad, especially the oldest two who were so looking forward to a baby.

I am just heartbroken to hear this.
LIttle Paul is waiting joyfully for you in heaven, but it's so hard.

Oh, Lindsey, I'm so sorry! May Our Lord and Our Lady hold you all close as you grieve the loss of your precious Little One, sweet little Paul. No words are good enough to express the sympathy offered, but know we are praying for you guys as you bear this sorrow/cross! I will offer up my trials for you right now.
