What (if any) do you take? I've never taken anything, but this is baby #7 and I'm 38 and wondering if it might be a good idea to take something this time around, but I'm not sure what. I've read to drink red raspberry leaf tea but that's all I really know.
Any suggestions? (I'm 36 weeks and all the other kids have been here between 37w6d and 39w1d.)

red raspberry leaf is very good for you
alfalfa is great for iron levels and milk production for breastfeeding
those are the only stand alones I used.. my midwife has a tincture with a number of things in it that she'd get for me.. but I can't tell you what all was in it.

Here is a great post on herbs for the third trimester that I found very helpful last pregnancy. I found that it made the labor more productive and the dilation quicker than usual for me, which was actually bad that time, as baby was breech and they needed to do a c-section, but anyway, it showed how helpful the herbs were.

Melissa
I'm 29 weeks so only a little behind you just researching this question myself. As I have hemorrhaged for the last two and last baby contractions kept stopping (uterus wasn't working) I'm also looking at what I can do. I've just gone and bought some more iron, and am planning on buying red raspberry leaf tea tablets (I'm not a tea drinker).
Off to read Pilgrim's link

I, too have never been able to drink or keep up on drinking enough red raspberry leaf tea to make it helpful enough, so I was very excited to find the tablets last time, it was so much easier to just take the pills each day and not have to try to remember to sip the tea all the time. I had trouble with the uterus not wanting to contract as well with the last 2 pregnancies before this last one, and the contractions were much more productive and regular after the supplementing I did with the RRL pills and the Evening Primrose oil. I'm hoping to try it again this time, and hoping it wasn't just a fluke that things went as quickly and productively as they did.

yep you can get red raspberry lead in capsule or as a tincture (which is also super easy to take).
