Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm going through Netflix to find some new shows that my boys could watch. Can anyone tell me if The Wonder Years show is a good family show? I'm never watched that show. I'm sure I'll preview an episode first but I've done that before and not gotten a good view of the show and regret letting my boys watch it. It's hard to go back on something I said was ok!

If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. My youngest has taken an interest in old westerns.

Wow, I remember watching that show, but I don't remember anything about it.

My kids love Green Acres, I Love Lucy, Beverly Hillbillies, The Andy Griffith Show . . . we also used to have a DVD of Lone Ranger episodes that we got a lot of mileage out of (especially given that we got it at Dollar Tree) until somebody stepped on it.

We just love the Dick van Dyke show and Emergency. About Emergency, a couple of early ones are too adult for us but they get that out of their system pretty early.

We just started a new one, Date with the Angels. We've only watched the first episode but liked it.

I don't know about the age of your kids but I personally LOVED Don Matteo. not on instant, though.

Classic Doctor Who episodes. Not the newer ones. Those are good for grown ups and maybe older kids.
