Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I'm posting this topic here, because I didn't need to wear mascara all day until I turned 40!    I really need a good mascara that can be worn all day that is light, does not flake or add to the circles under my eyes.

Thank you

That is the mascara I used in high school!    Maybe I should try it out, again. Thank you!

Any other tried mascara out there?

I LOVE the MaryKay mascara.

I also love that I order it and it comes to my house,

I have been using Jane Iredale makeup for over a year now and I LOVE it.

I had been using other "organic" makeup and getting very frustrated with the results, especially for the price.

Now, JI isn't cheap but it does live up to the hype! As a plus, I can get it locally, but the website does offer free shipping, too!

This is the mascara that I have been using...and love!

Betsy, I know you research everything. So when you show me pricey stuff, I don't cringe.    I never heard of this brand. I just might check it out.

You can buy it at Life Time...and I believe they have samples to try.

I need to wear the non-waterproof mascara these days and be very careful to not apply too close to the skin.. otherwise my eyes get horribly irritated by it. So just something else to keep in mind while looking. I've just used one of the cheapie brands and it seems to do fine if applied with a light hand and washed off good before bed.

I have been using Lancome Définicils, both Waterproof and non-waterproof. I started with my wedding and haven't found a good replacement yet.

I can't stand waterproof. I use covergirl lashblast. It doesn't clump or smudge under my eyes.

I use Cover Girl Remarkable washable waterproof.

It stays on, no streaking. But, it's easy to get off, especially compared to a lot of waterproof ones out there.

I tried LASHBLAST (Cover Girl) a couple of months ago, and love how it looks!!!! But, it itches my eyes a bit and is hard to remove. But, lashes look great in it!

I can't believe I'm bumping a mascara-thread! Probably not my all-time-low, but pretty close to it!
L'Oreal Voluminous Full Definition was on clearance and I got it and LOVE LOVE it!

Jane Iredale will send a sample of this mascara out for free! It was great to try it.

I have finally tried Mary Kay mascara and LOVE IT! It's my new favorite!

First I tried the Lash Love, and it didn't really do anything for my pathetic-excuse-for-lashes.

So, then I tried the Ultimate Mascara!!!!!                      And, it made a HUGE difference! Made them nice and long and thick! Much better. And, it stays on very nicely....absolutely no smudging at all. And, comes off fine....I don't have to work so hard to get it off like I do with "waterproof" mascaras.

So, LOVE this mascara!
