I feel like there are many more important prayer requests, but still I come asking for your kind prayers. I am on Day 7 of a bad cold/possible flu which has come with congestion, lots of drainage, sore throats and a bad cough. Baby had it first, now he's about done. I'm still congested but starting to clear, still only at about 60 % functional. My twin 4 year olds have gotten it pretty bad, and as they improve they are mostly grumpy. They've mostly been watching movies/PBS kids shows on Amazon because I can't read aloud yet. the six year old got the worst 2 days ago and 8 year old last night. So now that I am doing better and could supervise lessons, as well as work on the house and Advent/Christmas prep, they are out of commission. My husband has been helping at night but he's coming home after a long day of work to generally a late dinner and dishes to help with.. So I'm asking prayers that we get well soon, and fully, and for my peace. I want to be sweet and kind but I'm mostly frustrated that this keeps happening every year. And that I can prepare in the time I have left once well enough to clean and get ready for my visiting family. And let go of my plans and embrace God's plan. Thanks.

Praying with empathy, sounds just like what we've had, and helped friends move, and had to finish adding the rest of our basement under the house under time crunch before the ground freezes. It's so hard to go through this at this time of year!!!
