Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Go Fish For Art

I stumbled across these in a museum gift store, and I love the idea. There are several available in the series. The boxes would also fit nicely into a Christmas stocking.... hmm...

Wow! Those are awesome. And you're right--they would be a great stocking stuffer!

Those look cool. Melinda. Learning artists while playing cards. They made me think of the Authors "Go Fish" card set I had as a girl.

We had those cards, too, Mary! Loved them!

There is a modern version of this set available somewhere. Our library gave them out to kids last year as a part of Louisa May Alcott month. We have a deck... have to look and see if it says where they came from.
