So, for the last year, almost, we've been using a dry cleaning pick up/drop off service run by a local cleaners. We used to take the shirts to the same cleaners. (I've tried washing/ironing, but it was something we decided was best to farm out so that my husband could get dressed in the morning!) Well, a few weeks ago, I didn't set our shirts out on Monday to have returned Th, so I took about 6 into the store. Basically all his blue ones. I ended up not picking up right away and we washed/ironed for a few days, and then had some family in town. I went to pick up yesterday and they weren't there. No record! I don't have a slip as I dropped off in a bag with our info and they said they needed to change the little id number stickers that are ironed on the inside of the shirt. No problem. Now they aren't there. I've called several times and now I'm supposed to have a manager call tonight. My husband wears fairly nice shirts, so this is hundreds of dollars worth of clothing. Please pray they find them. I'm so disappointed and not sure if we trust this company any more. They should be able to deal with switching between two services, besides, our name is on both accounts! I'm also mad I didn't go to pick up right away and realize the problem sooner.

So far no news. We put an order out Monday before we knew the problem so we are waiting for the delivery today. We are hoping they mixed it up and it comes with our home delivery items, but I doubt it. It would have come last week. But we can hope! Needless to say, we didn't give them any more clothes today!  they are calling the other stores and searching their inventory. Ugg. It's all his blue ones and they all had a lot of life left in them.
