Did you all know that Melissa Wiley (our own Lissa from the early days of this message board!) has a brand new easy reader book, just published a few weeks ago?

Fox and Crow Are Not Friends

It is a cute read for beginning readers. The story is a spin on a couple of Aesop fables with a twist. And it makes me think of an opposite of Frog & Toad Are Friends scenario - so it's pretty clever.

She has a couple more coming out in the next few weeks - another easy reader (Inch and Roly Make a Wish) and a chapter book (The Prairie Thief).

We just received ours today and it has been read several times out loud and looked at quite a bit too. I thought it was very well done and fun to read - even over and over.   

I'm looking forward to her other soon to be available books!
