After nearly two years on the market and selling it three times where it fell through, our house is supposed to close on Friday at 1:30pm. It seems as if nothing else can go wrong, but I can never be sure!!! I would appreciate your prayers. We are going to have to pay $14,000 at the time of the closing to cover the realtor fee and what is left on our loan so it is pretty stressful, but we will be just so glad that it is over. I pray daily for everyone on here who has a house on the market! God bless!
