Has anyone seen or used any of the Handucrafts Made Simple dvds at Simply Charlotte Mason?

I am considering both the paper crafts and the sewing dvd.

Although I sew myself and can easily teach my kids, I like the idea of having them see the skills demonstrated by someone else, plus the accountability of actually making time for this if I buy the dvds. Paper crafting- I would be learning along with the kids.

The sewing projects look fairly basic and attainable for elementary school age. I believe Sonya's daughter does all three of them.

My girls really enjoy them. I like that they can go learn the crafts at their speed and on their own time, not having to wait until I have a minute to teach them. The videos are well done and the kids have learned a lot.

I am not sure I want to turn my ds lose on my machine

I asked my daughters and they said that the sewing DVD is hand sewing, not machine.

I didn't realize they sold these. I think I am putting them on my wishlist for next year or later this year. I watched the sample and I was confused, but I think if I was trying to do it at the same time and had actually watched the DVD from the beginning then maybe I would be ok. I don't know him my boys could follow, but I would like to learn myself.
