I am not sure what to do anymore!

There is lots of tension in our house, it's eating at me. I'm not sure how to help resolve it, or if I can. The anger at times is palpable, and I'm getting to be a nervous wreck with it, with physical illness as a result.

Please pray that this situation can be resolved.

     Anger is so hard to deal with (ours or others)! For myself, I try to peel back the layers to discover the underlying fear. Not saying that you are the angry one, just saying that's how I try to understand my own anger issues.

I hope to discover the issue, however, it's not my own, but dh. I really have no idea how to proceed, but I know we need to get to the root of it.

I'm actually in the best space I've been in a long long time, spiritually, but still a long journey ahead.

I wish it were me, as it would be easier to deal with, and I know exactly how I'd proceed, however, it wouldn't work for dh, he is agnostic, so it is a no go for him.

Thank you for all the prayers. They are very much appreciated.

I had a bit of a break down last night. I walked out of karate class, which I have never done and went for a walk outside.

When i came in, one of the Sensei asked if I needed to talk, I told him I couldn't. Later, another Sensei walked up, and said "I don't know and I don't wanna know, but sometimes a person just needs a hug."

Something has to give here. It can't go on this way.
