I purchased a set of 4 oz mini trifle bowls that look like these for cheap. They are SO CUTE!
But now I'm stumped. What would you put in them?
Love,

hmmm 4oz is pretty tiny.. doesn't leave much room for layering.. but maybe something like oreo cookie crumbles in the bottom, top with pudding and whipped cream and tuck a whole (or half) cookie on the top.

Banana puddings with one wafer or wafer crumbles and one banana slice
Yogurt parfaits with blueberry, yogurt, and crushed nuts and a banana slice.
Chocolate mousse or pudding with a fancy cookie or pretzel
Trifles with crumbled pound cake, so, anything you might normally mix with pound cake. Lemon curd, strawberry preserves, or apricot preserves sound nice as a layer with pound cake, whipped cream, and a garnish (lemons curd is nice in a trifle with blueberries).

oh for a tiny dessert you should go rich.. for instance.. what about cheesecake (the refrigerator kind not the baked kind) with some sort of fruit (or curd).. or the super rich dark chocolate mousse (rather than a pudding) with whipped cream and a chocolate curl on top.
This would be a good size for a "drunken" dessert too.. maybe a cake crumble (something dark like a fruitcake?) doused with rum and some whipped cream.

Lemon Ginger Mousse
Sounds lovely but I bet you wouldn't want a large serving

I was going to say yogurt and fruit, then I saw these, linked to the page for the ones you posted ~ good for ideas and inspiration! More mini trifle dishes Highlight for zoom view ~ scrumptious! My motto, "Always buy cheap, then check amazon for great ideas from more expensive options"!
