oh my. I always seem to come with doubled-up prayer requests; hope that is OK.  I have asked for prayers for my sisters before but here I am again.
my sister in Washington just finished her third round of chemo for ovarian cancer. her white blood cells have been low so she has been receiving extra medication which can be quite painful, and now she has thrush and shingles. her doctor warned her the pain might be "horrific." she is already going through so much, and still is facing one more round of chemo. can you please pray for her comfort, strength and healing through this? thank you so much!
and my eldest sister in Idaho is now officially divorced. her husband refused to reconcile. this week she is trying to find a place to live and her own health insurance while still dealing with some very difficult health issues. if you could please pray for all the hard paths she is facing, I would appreciate it very much.

APRIL 2 UPDATE: THANK YOU SO MUCH, PRAYER WARRIORS!! my sweet sister in Washington asked me to thank you all for your prayers. she has been spared the "horrific" pain her doctor was predicting ... praise God!  she said the shingles are pretty uncomfortable, but there has been no nerve damage. her thrush is also manageable. she has even been feeling well enough to do school with her 3 DD (college-student DS is helping with math, bless his heart).
she wanted me to tell you that in the middle of hard moments she remembers that people are praying for her, and while she may not feel better physically, her spirits immediately lift. she is so grateful and I am too ... I cannot thank you enough for this gift of comfort. you are all such a blessing.
