Hi ladies,
I feel so silly for this but I ask your prayers anyway. Our renter recently moved out and we decided to put our home on the market. 2 months and only a few showings. Very stressful... but I just saw that someone set one up for right now! and there was already one scheduled for this afternoon - so if you could spare a prayer or two between now and 1 pm central I would truly appreciate it! ( or after that they continue to contemplate purchasing..). We thought our renter was going to buy and that fell through, so we have two mortgages right now. I know others are in the same boat so I am praying for those intentions as well. THank you!!

Thank you so much for the prayers. So sorry I have not thanked you yet. I needed to stay off the boards this week, but have kept your intentions in prayer. We had another showing on Sunday, and of the 3, I have heard no feedback. So distressing! Thank you for your continued prayers.

Can you ask your realtor to call the other realtor and try to get some feedback for you? I agree it is so frustrating not to hear anything or know what's going on.
keeping up the prayers- the right buyer IS out there.

Melinda, your response didn't come through to me and I just saw. You know, we talked and he hadn't heard anything and had followed up. It is frustrating. We had a bunch of rain and the weeds were growing ... like weeds, so I had a guy come out to take care of everything yesterday so hopefully there is some curb appeal again! Thank you ladies for your prayers.
