Finally I am 40 and wise   Well hoping I can grow in wisdom anyhow.
I turned 40 last week and despite 'dreading it' I'm now really embracing the moment and feeling cool about this major milestone  It does help that my darling keeps saying, "you really don't look 40"
Anyhow feeling upbeat, losing weight, focusing on the positives in my life.
So one question, does this now give me a license to say what I really think? I mean life is too short to waste don't you think?
