A friend shared some books from her childhood with us recently and included are five Babar stories. I loved Babar when I was a child and it's so fun to introduce him to my children! These books are interesting - as far as I can tell they are reprints of the original stories from the 1930's, but each book includes two stories. One story begins in the front of the book (obviously) and if you turn the book upside-down the other story begins on the back cover (which is now the cover... if you can follow this crazy description). Anyway - these are really fun and we've been enjoying them.

The Travels of Babar
Babar the King
Babar and Zephir
Babar and His Children

oh I remember Babar. And I think I had some of those flip to the the second story from the other side books too as a child.
