More Science Magic Tricks

Found this one at a thrift store.... a very slim and dubious looking paperback.

However- we are having such fun with it. It has 28 one page experiments. You get a materials needed list, the procedure and a brief discussion of the science behind it and why it works.

The best part is the experiments are easy to set up, use stuff you already have and work in a smashingly good way. (it's always the worst when your experiment fails or is ho hum).

Today we made a Moebius strip and also explored how the retina of the eye works. Both experiments were big hits here.

And so easy on old mom. I am off to find a copy of the author's original book.

Noticed it for $3.48 on Better World Books. I discovered that site only about a month ago and I can get used books on there consistently lower than on Amazon.

You're welcome. There are also copies of both books available at Paperbackswap if you have an account there. I just ordered the original
