My wonderful, faithful aunt is dying of lung cancer. She is moving into hospice, and they don't think she'll make it to Thanksgiving. Her family is not really Church folk, despite having been raised going to Church.
Please pray for her, that she may have a peaceful death, and for her children.

Thank you all for the prayers. My aunt passed away in her sleep early this morning. She did have a priest visit her yesterday and administer the Sacraments, thank God!
The funeral is Saturday.
May God grant her eternal rest...

I am so sorry, Noreen! I had been praying for your aunt and will continue to pray for the repose of her soul. May God's love and mercy cover her, that she may be at rest in heaven. Praying for all of you who must miss her dearly as well.

Thank you all again. It means so much to me.
She was familiar with the Mercy Chaplet and had been to the Shrine in Stockbridge. I had given her a CD of the Chaplet and the Rosary that I believe she used when she was in the hospital.
It really is a beautiful prayer, so full of hope!
