I would so appreciate your prayers... we had an offer on our house and today during the inspection when they turned the water on in the upstairs bathroom it leaked water through the ceiling in the dining room. We've been in the house for 10 years and this has never happened before.

While I'm fairly sure that means the offer will be rescinded, I'm mostly concerned about my husband and asking prayers for him. He is concerned about his integrity and can't stand the thought that the buyers might think we were trying to cover up a past problem. We fully expect them to withdraw their offer, but that thought is eating at him. My BIL is a plumber and coming to take a look tonight to see what he can do.

I will pray- certainly it is one of those things that just happen. I would not think that he was covering things up- if so, why would he consent to an inspection?
