Please pray for my mil who is having complications, after having a pace maker put in. She is in extreme pain, which medication is not relieving and suffered a partially collapsed lung, making her breathing labored.
Bil needs prayer, as he had to go to the ER while visitng his mother. He was newly diagnosed with diabetes in he ER. His blood sugar was 650, and from tests they ran they discovered he's been running 400-450 for the past three months with no noticeable symptoms. He's newly remarried and he and his wife need prayers to cope with his illness, while also trying to be there for his mom.

My mil suffered a stroke this morning, after experiencing several other complications, including pneumonia, following the insertion of her pace maker. We had the additional unpleasant task of having to report a nurse whose actions and attitude were not as they should have been (which we all felt necessary for mil and any other patients the nurse might be entrusted to care for). Please pray the results bear only postiive and grace-filled fruit for all concerned. The entire family could use prayers for wisdom in discerning many issues regarding mil's ongoing needs. I would also deeply appreciate additional prayers that my everpresent companion, shingles, might stay dormant while we're trying to assist my mil. I may not be online for awhile, but you all remain ever in my heart and in my prayers!
